SHADOWOPS // TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the operator of ShadowOps. By accessing or using ShadowOps, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials and connected provider keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized access.
2. The service and private preview
ShadowOps provides an AI orchestration and agent-control service. Features, models, availability, limits, and integrations may change. Private-preview features may be incomplete, contain errors, or be discontinued. Do not rely on ShadowOps as the sole control for safety-critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-consequence decisions.
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to ShadowOps. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it and to direct the actions requested of agents.
4. AI outputs and third parties
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to outputs provided to others. Review outputs before relying on or deploying them. ShadowOps does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Third-party providers, model APIs, OAuth services, payment processors, and customer-controlled controllers may have separate terms and outages.
5. Plans, payment, and cancellation
Paid plans, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds Policy and the terms presented at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge applicable fees, taxes, and approved recurring charges. Do not use a paid feature until the checkout confirmation is complete.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may investigate misuse, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, systems, or the public.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
ShadowOps, its software, visual design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowOps is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowOps and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service during the prior 12 months or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.
10. Termination and changes
You may stop using ShadowOps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, nonpayment, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; material changes will be communicated where required.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. If a conflict exists between these Terms and an order form or enterprise agreement, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
