ShadowOps respects copyright and expects users to submit or process only content they are authorized to use.

1. Copyright complaints

If you believe content available through ShadowOps infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the information required by applicable law, including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for us to find it.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Before relying on DMCA safe-harbor protection, the operator should add its legal name and physical street address here and complete any required Copyright Office designation.

3. Counter-notices

If material was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the complaining party and restore content when legally permitted.

4. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights. We may also remove material while a dispute is reviewed.
