SHADOWOPS // ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets baseline rules for using ShadowOps, its agents, integrations, APIs, and hosted or connected infrastructure.
1. You may not use ShadowOps to
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, stalking, exploitation, or discrimination.
- Develop, deploy, distribute, or operate malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, destructive payloads, or unauthorized persistence.
- Access, probe, scan, scrape, overload, or interfere with systems, accounts, networks, or data without authorization.
- Collect, process, or expose personal, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information without a lawful basis and the required permissions.
- Use agents to make or automate high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review, safeguards, and legal authorization.
- Evade rate limits, safety controls, account restrictions, provider policies, or payment controls.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Use ShadowOps to create deceptive content, impersonate people or organizations, or misrepresent AI-generated work when disclosure is required.
- Consume cloud, model, storage, network, or controller resources in a way that is abusive, disproportionate, or intended to disrupt the service.
2. Agent and output responsibility
Agents can take actions, call tools, modify files, and communicate with external systems. You are responsible for configuring permissions, reviewing plans and outputs, supervising high-risk actions, and maintaining backups. Do not give an agent more access than it needs.
3. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. We may remove content, limit or suspend features, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or report conduct to authorities when appropriate. We aim to apply this policy proportionately and may consider good-faith attempts to correct an issue.
4. Updates
We may update this policy as threats, products, and legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
